Allow multiple uploads within a checklist step

We would like parents of candidates to be able to upload multiple files for a checklist step. For example, we request grades from the last 2 years.  If those report cards are in 2 separate files, then we are unable to process the second file because one already exists for a given previous school.  It would be helpful for us to be able to store multiple uploads under single checklist item and sending school.

    Could someone please let me know how this is possible? It's also one of our biggest parent complaints.

    Yes, I want to know where this is implemented. I don't see anywhere the ability for a parent to upload multiple files back to us.

    Jessi where is this implemented where parents can upload multiple items? Can they also upload physical and immunization records?
