This is not implemented in the EMS as suggested by the tag.

Our users that don't realize that the file upload only can handle one file at a time will send multiple files in one checklist item, but only ONE file makes it to the processing stage for our Admissions Staff to actually process it to their record.

This lack of feature has resulted in SO many missing documents and families upset that they think we are gaslighting them when we say they did not upload what they thought they did. We actually tested this ourselves after receiving complaints and verified this is not an active feature currently.

At minimum, a file upload that detects multiple files should throw an error with an explanation. On the other side, this feature should be implemented as it is unnecessary to create multiple checklist items for the same item (ex: insurance card front side and insurance card back side as two separate checklist items).

Before someone suggests it, we have a troubleshooting section on the checklist tab for document uploads and other item types that have limitations that need to be addressed in the EMS. That section should be reserved for Welcome text and contact information for the school, not a troubleshooting guide (not enough characters for that section).

Could someone please let me know how this is possible? It's also one of our biggest parent complaints.

Yes, I want to know where this is implemented. I don't see anywhere the ability for a parent to upload multiple files back to us.

Jessi where is this implemented where parents can upload multiple items? Can they also upload physical and immunization records?
