Admissions Scheduling have the ability to customize Visit and Interviews notifications and reminders for each type.
Currently, you can only have one message for notifications and one for reminders. We would like the ability to customize the notifications and reminders for each Visit type and Interview type as the message is different for each type. Also, add the option to activate or inactive the notification and reminders for each Visit type and Interview type.

Merged For school that have a different policy and instructions for say a Middle School Visit vs an Upper School visit, a generic confirmation and reminder doesn't work.2

Has there been any progress on this request? I spend far too much time sending confirmations outside of the system, for each different visit and interview type, and it could be automated in Blackbaud.
There are also 3 separate requests/threads for this same idea. Can someone from Blackbaud support please take this into consideration?
Customization is key! We have four different schools and several different types of visits!
Is there any movement on this? We're getting to the point where we are running out of space to list the differences between interview types. The ability to customize notifications is very badly needed.
YES!!! We have so many types of visits that we can't even use the reminders at all.
