Also good to be able to filter by respond date as a parent may respond to an old official note, but it won't appear at the top of the list. Or when a parent/staff member responds, the note moves to the top of the list. We have over 2K applicants so there are many official notes being created.

I get around this by running a search for each person's name, and it filters it that way. But I agree, better filtering options would be a basic improvement.
