The report called "Contract Summary Totals" does a good job of showing how many students have contracts with each status by grade level, but it would be helpful to present that to the Board with the total number of seats available in each grade. This would help us track and report our progress toward admission and budgeting goals. We would like to see a designated field in the Enrollment Management settings that allows us to enter the number of active contracts we can have per grade level, then compare that to the number of active contractswe have - minus the withdrawn or not returning contracts.
I was just asked for this exact report by our headmaster. They wanted additional columns to show our max capacity per grade inputting building capacity / classroom capacity numbers. At the moment we have to export 2 advanced lists and copy / paste the data into an excel workbook that holds a ton of vlookup formulas. Right now the capacity planning reports are helpful but could be so much more useful for our administration if they contained a few more key pieces of info.
