Right now when you set a maximum number of attendees at an event, it forces you to allow other attendees, rather than just counting the candidate.

For summer camps, prep classes, etc. we don't want to count anything other than the candidate towards a capped number. 

Solutions:

Option to only count attendee

Only count certain types of attendee towards total

Option to have a cap for candidates and a separate cap for other attendee types
