Checklist steps for visits and tours should revert to an awaiting status when cancelled by the family.
When a family cancels a scheduled tour or visit the associated checklist step status persists as Scheduled which prevents admissions staff from knowing that the visit/tour was cancelled in an efficient fashion.
Or when we decline a requested appointment, it should automatically revert to awaiting. AND also allow us to switch it back to awaiting from the actual checklist. Currently, only WAVED and COMPLETED are options.
I know this is an old post but this is so annoying and screws up our visits report.

The fact that staff can't change a tour back to awaiting also makes it impossible to change the assigned checklist if necessary.
