Visits added by Admissions Staff should appear on candidate's checklist

If an admissions staff member schedules a visit for a parent over the phone, it does not get added to the candidate's checklist. This is causing confusion with our parents when they log in and don't see the scheduled visit on the checklist. It appears to them as though the visit doesn't exist in the system and they are then trying to request it through the system. This is particularly upsetting to the parents if they are trying to schedule for the date they requested on the phone that is now full and they think they can't get in on that date because they can't see that they already are scheduled.
