Allow users to customize application form block naming

Currently, you cannot edit the name of the block fields in application forms. For example, "Financial Aid" cannot be edited, yet our school calls this "Financial Assistance". Therefore, with the current structure, we cannot be consistent, which is challenging. It would be great to be able to rename and edit the block names.

    We need the ability to change the language of blocks, too! "Competitors" in our application doesn't sound so good to families.
