The new Files & Forms section on the right of the screen was placed above Official Notes, and the Official Notes are our priority, so we would like to see the Official Notes on the right first, then scroll down to see Files & Forms.  Considering that Files & Forms is just another way to see everything that's already loaded on the Records tab, it would very helpful for it not to be on top.
