When sending notifications for a self-scheduled visit or interview, it would be nice to be able to call the candidate by their nickname in the notifications - currently there is only a placeholder for their first name. I receive a lot of replies to these notifications from parents wanting to make sure that we have noted that their child prefers to be called by another name.
