The way the current filters work when generating the Financial Aid Request report does not give us the number of candidates requesting financial aid for the current entering year. The date filter is pulling the initial request/contact date from the candidate's profile, even if this date is from a previous entering year. So, pulling a report of all candidates since the beginning of the school year that have requested financial aid will not include those candidates with a previous request date. Making this filter optional while still pulling accurate results would ensure that we aren't missing users.
