For Events: Add check boxes for 'No-Show' and 'cancelled' as well as 'attended' and 'registered'

If a candidate registered for an event but did not attend, there is no easy way to see that fact - whether they cancelled ahead of time or were a no-show. All registrants appear in a list whether they attended or not. If there was a check box for those options it would be obvious from the record tab why they did not attend the event.
