Ability for a checklist item to be conditional

  • The item only appears on the checklist if a certain condition is met.
  • For example, the checklist item "Send Financial Aid Info" only occurs on the application checklist if the applicant indicated on the application that they would be applying for aid. Conditional checklist item (other software platforms provide this capability) eliminates the clutter of having a financial-aid related item on the checklist of an applicant who is not applying for aid.

    We would like the parent to self-schedule the student visit day and parent interview from the checklist. However, we want certain items on the checklist to be completed (ie transcript, testing) before they are allowed to schedule the visit day/interview. Conditional checklist items would be very helpful for our need.
