I would like the option of giving campus secretaries or other "light" users the ability to view the checklist of an applicant without the ability to actually change mark a checklist item, completed, waived, or offer an "acceptance" to an applicant. If view/edit options were available in the Admission Staff role, then this role could be cloned to create some Admissions Staff that have full access and some that have restricted access. Currently, anyone with the Admissions Staff role has full access, and the only way for any employee to see the checklist is to give them the Admissions Staff (or Manager) role which is not idea.
