Ability to edit and add test types not just tests in the admissions setup tests tab

This is currently not possible.

    Chiming in - what's the point of having the test type option, without the ability to add types? There's one "SSAT" type available, I assume as a placeholder. It's misleading - there really is no usefulness to having a choice that has no options. I'd rather just not have the feature at all until it's actually useful.
