When more than one Smart Tuition | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

When more than one Smart Tuition Family ID/year is available, add setup option to auto-select the most recent year.

When families are filling out Smart Tuition Integrated Contracts, being asked on the first page to select a Family ID (which reflect prior years) can be confusing to them. Please create an option to auto-select the most recent year to help us avoid needing to provide the same answer to many families during enrollment.
