Technically we were advised that there should be an explicit statement to the parent letting them know they are opening an online contract or agreement - before they actually open the document.  The blank space between the contract name and the Review button in the Files & Forms tile where active contracts reside would be a perfect place for this message.  So...a little text editor functionality there would be great.
