Schedule visits without checklist - need public-facing calendar that allows multiple visits

We'd like the ability for people to schedule a visit or event through a calendar and not through a checklist, in the way that products like Slate allow. We have a LOT of candidates who attend an Open House or Student Visit Day or Campus Visit when they're first starting their search, and then want to self-schedule a second occurrence after they are accepted. The way the checklist is designed, candidates just get one of each type, right? Why? What's the rational behind not allowing visitors to self-schedule 2, 3, 4 visits if that's what it takes to make up their minds? Because every other product I've used allows this...that's how families make decisions. Students very frequently want a second visit and as far as we can tell (because the help files are not very detailed) parents (not students, which is a whole other issue of being not user-friendly or inclusive) can schedule one visit of each type, and then their checklist is completed and they're out of luck and expected to call if they want to visit again?

We also have people who don't want to bother logging in to their account to book and just want to go to a landing page to schedule a visit. Most other systems offer this feature so it would be really beneficial for us to have a calendar (again, like Slate) where visitors can book a visit that ties to their account without the hassle of logging in. We get a lot of calls from people who can't be bothered to log in and actually tell us how annoyed they are that they're expected to dig out their login info to schedule a visit, so I am definitely worried about the number of visitors we lose due to lack of user-friendly design. Please add this feature!!!! No log in, just a public calendar where ANYONE can schedule whatever they want, as many times as they want. Thanks.

This is very important!! We need scheduling a visit to be easy and user friendly. Making this a public link where we can ask specific questions at the time of scheduling is KEY!

Absolutely!  I was just asked about this today.  We need to be able to provide a public button to allow a candidate to schedule a tour without having a checklist assigned.  It needs to sync with the existing admissions calendar and offer a few options (tour = 1hour), athletic talk = .5hrs......) that will block out or offer available times to the parents to choose from.
