Add Inquiry Date as a reporting field

I need the ability to pull a list of inquiries by date received, so I can see if we're on track with previous years. This is a critical data point for us. I can't figure out how to do this. Is it an option, or no? It's unclear from the help files.

    We have "Inquiry Submitted" as a checklist item, and can gather the data you mention that way.
