Add the ability to denote child | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

Add the ability to denote child of faculty or child of trustee to student records. It's currently only available for candidates.

Since parents may join the board after the student is enrolled, it would be great to be able to add/remove these characteristics after enrollment.
