When their is a second parent added when enrolling, we need to be able to have the person have a username and password created.

We are constantly having to go back and create a username for the person that did not fill out the application but has to sign the contract. It would be helpful if that is an option to create when filling out the application.

    I believe that is an option- we often have single parents add a spouse when submitting the application.
