Schools Tab - allow multiple transcripts from one school in same year
- We request updated transcripts from candidates, and it isn't possible to upload more than one transcript from the same school in the same school year. Can this be allowed in the schools tab without creating duplications in candidate lists? Why is a Candidate list so strongly linked to the school a student is attending?
- Occasionally we have pre-school applicants who are concurrently attending two schools. When we upload two school documents from the same year from different schools, this creates a duplicated student record in the candidate lists. Our only recourse is to list school documents in the wrong year OR put one of them in Miscellaneous Files. Seems odd that we have a Schools tab, but can't post all of our School documents in it correctly.
