Back in the day, the admissions office would send the paper applications for enrolled students to the registrar's office for filing, where they would remain until the student left school.  The paper files would then be shipped to college counseling upon graduation where they would be combined with their college file (or sent directly to the alumni office in the case of a student withdrawing before graduation).  Ultimately, the college office would forward the paper files (consisting of the admissions file, the registrar's file and the college office's file) to the Alumni office where they were maintained.  Our Alumni office is in the process of digitizing our paper files.  The admissions office no longer prints the paper files, but for consistency we want to keep that information with the rest of the alumni file in Raiser's Edge (we are using Papersave).  We would like to put a pdf of the application in the student's Raiser's Edge record.  Downloading one by one is a task. A bulk export would be helpful.
