A Smart Tuition account will only be automatically created once the deposit is paid and the contract is submitted.

Some families submit their contract without paying the deposit.  If this is the case their Smart Tuition account will not be activated until receipt of deposit and therefor telling families that they have an account automatically set up, does not explain the situation accurately.  We would like to see the verbiage for this corrected and accurately representing the situation.
