Ability to pull a list/report for deleted contracts

Currently, once a contract is deleted there is no record of it. We have had an instance of a parent paying deposit on deleted then again on re-issued contract. No way to double-check this.

    We would love to have this be possible. We also tend to reissue a bit and our business office would like to track for payment purposes too.
