It is default required that applicant's select their Classification in the Entering block (which you can't remove once it's added). Our applicant's don't necessarily know what they will be classified as as that is an internal process for us. It would take too much explaining to ensure that applicant's classify themselves properly (and I haven't yet figured out how to change an applicant's classification should they (or we) make a mistake). So it would relive a lot of headaches, if we could just decide ourselves what should be required in the Entering block.
