Communications Log

Create a tab on candidate profiles that allows you to log all communication (phone calls, emails, etc.) so that your team can be up to date with all communication. This would be extremely useful for keeping up relationships with families. On the tab you would be able to log as many calls and emails as needed and mark the date and have space to add a note to summarize the communication.

    The security of the note can be set via the official note type, there is an option to set it as admissions only.

    But won't official notes be sent to the parent? For internal admissions communication only, would we use official notes? If so, how do you keep it from going to the parents?

    There is already a plugin for RE to do this. It would be so helpful to have this on the education side as well.
