When a student Enrollment Contract is completed and submitted by the parent the contract should be completely LOCKED.  We had a student promoted to a a upper grade level which causes a tuition increase but if I promote the child the grade then changes on the contract.  A contract is a legal document so once submitted the contract should be locked down for no further change not even if a new financial aid is given.  A new contract should be submitted.
