Allow notifications when a committee Member completes a review

Notifications within the committee review allow for the committee members to get a daily digest when candidates have been assigned to them.  However, we would also like to have a notification for admissions managers when a review has been completed.

    Yes, we definitely need a notification system created for the admissions managers to receive a notification when a committee member submits their review. Please create this as soon as possible!
