After setting up the form when we went to print it on the preview we saw the ratings and matrix but when we print you only see the rating and result.  You no longer see the matrix grid.  It would be great to print either way so if you need to do a form via paper in a jam you can see the matrix and bubble the checkbox.  I am not trying to go backwards but sometimes you need back up or when we are setting them up we would like to view the form how the teacher sees the form.
