When a parent of a candidate requests an online teacher recommendation from their child's admissions progress page, and then previews the Request email, they see placeholders for Candidate Name and Due Date. Would be great if they could see these fields populated with the candidate name and actual due date. It's causing confusion, despite our explaining this issue in instructions. Some parents are sending the request first to themselves to make sure it will populate properly. The preview function in Official Notes displays populated placeholders/fields.
