When adding participants to visit agendas for overnight candidates (we are a boarding school), we want to add the host student's name for the overnight, the student guide for the tour the next day as well as a  teacher/coach's name (if they are meeting with them).

Currently all names will appear on the evening the candidate arrives. We need another date option to input the information  so it appears correctly in the participants schedules.
