Any data collected in an Application from should be stored in database so it can be extracted in advanced forms.

We recently collected data on our application form.  The field ""has legal custody" and ""If school name not listed, please enter it here" but neither piece of data is stored outside the PDF form.

    The data on these fields is quite important for schools to store in the DB without having to reference the PDF of the application.

    • Custodial Parent

    • Has legal custody

    • Responsible for school related decisions

    • Responsible for communication
