For an Enrollment Management/SMART contract, once a family has selected their payment plan, the "Payment Methods" drop-down has "Mail me an invoice" as an option. It would be great if this could be re-phrased as "E-mail me an invoice," so that it accurately reflects how parents can expect to receive their invoices.
Yes, I agree completely. Additionally, we feel that "In school payment" is too vague, especially for International parents. We feel it would be better to have "wire a payment" and "mail a check" instead.
