Option for Parent to Pay in Full

Families should have the option of paying their entire contract in Balance in full during contract acceptance process, not just the deposit. It is confusing for parents to select a "1 month payment plan" when they would rather pay in full at time of contract signing.

    YES! If they want to give us their money, we should be able to easily accept it! The whole one month payment plan thing is a problem anyway... don't get me started
