As a school transitioning to BB there is a lot of historical data that we want to keep and BB has fields to store that data, but not an easy way to add it except manually. We are importing all applications from our previous SIS and want to code them as Previously Applied (Candidate Information) and indicate when they first applied to our school in the comments box. We have 500+ candidates and manually checking them all off is pretty tedious.
