I want to be able to assign an application to a candidate specifically if I need to.  We have an admissions application and a transfer application.  If I have a Transfer 9th grader coming in at the semester, I need them to fill out the transfer app not the incoming app. For this to happen I need to associate 2 applications to that grade level and it is very messy.
