revert the infractions to show who they are reported by instead of automatically assigning it to the teacher for the class they were late for

This reduces confusion for the students and the attendance managers. Students now see the infraction for being late as from the teacher instead of the attendance manager. It becomes more difficult to discern when infractions are to be removed as well since teachers have access to give infractions. Also if a student is questioning an infraction they are now going to the teacher instead of the author of the infraction

I oversee the attendance and infractions for the middle school. Maintaining the attendance alone is time consuming but to have to investigate infractions "given by the teachers" is time consuming is can be frustrating.
