We would like parents to complete the Re-Enrollment forms in a specific order. However, the onBoard School Forms sort by Form Type first (i.e. Blank Forms are at the top of the list of forms, then Acknowledgement/Permission forms, then Profile Update forms.
For example, a parent sees this when they log into the enrollment forms:
2 Additional Family Information - Re-Enrollment (Blank Form)
1 Parent Information - Re-Enrollment (Profile Update Form)
Note that form name does not override the sort order.
We'd like to be able to do this:
1 Parent Information - Re-Enrollment (Profile Update Form)
2 Additional Family Information - Re-Enrollment (Blank Form)
My preference would be to add a "Sort Order" field under the General tab on the form's Settings tab, instead of having to rely on sorting by the form name.
Agreed. K12 does the same thing. So Profile Update forms, that allow for information updates upon which all other forms pull information, get relegated to the bottom of the stack, and completed last.
