I think most admissions teams would find it useful to have an unread filter just like the parents have. Sometimes an unread note gets lost or unseen if you haven't looked at it for a couple of days. Also everyting you scroll down to read an unread note, open and close it, it scrolls back to the top again. Then you have to re-scroll to continue looking.
