Ability to include links on Inquiry/Application notifications

We would like to be able to add links easily to the confirmation emails sent out to people after they submit inquiries and applications

    The ability to format at all and add branding to emails that get sent out seems like a basic necessity for schools.

    We would love this, too. As I'm typing in this idea/comment box, there's the ability here to hyperlink, attach a file, or customize this note in other ways. We're really struggling to serve our families well due to not being able to do any of these things in onBoard or many other areas of the system.
