We still have to use Work Lists (which are going away soon) if we want to search for Checklist items that are the same over multiple checklists.
The Candidate Lists filter based on Checklist Items WITHIN a certain Checklist, not for ANY checklist item with the same name as another checklist item but in a different checklist, so filtering in the Candidate Lists means doing it for each individual checklist. It also doesn't exclude results.
For instance, in the Work Lists, I can find any candidate who has the checklist item “Attend Discovery Day” no matter which checklist they have. That way, I can very easily see in one place, with one filter, only candidates who have that checklist item completed.
In the Candidate Lists, I can only search for “Attend Discovery Day” within the EACH checklist. Basically, I can only look at one checklist at a time.
Not being able to sort the way we do with Work Lists will mean basically multiplying our work by as many checklists as we have, and then having to manually add all the results, rather than doing it simply and in one place.
