Committee Review Assignment should be able to be made from the Candidate page or checklist.

It would be so much easier to assign the committee review while I'm on the checklist, so I can do it while reviewing the candidate. Having to go to another page to assign the candidate to a committee is too many steps.

    YES!! I have been saying this since Committee Review was created. It is so frustrating with all of the steps to assign a candidate to Committee Review.
