Parents and teachers do not know why the link doesn't work when accessing the form over 60 days after parent sends the request. Also we start letting parents send the requests in early December with staggered deadlines, the last being mid-February, so it would be great if the expiration could be 90 days. This would work better with our process.
Hi all! We were able to extend the expiration for the link to 90 days. Hopefully that gives you the extra buffer needed, but please create a new idea if you find that 90 days isn't sufficient.
Thanks!

I would agree that the expiration date should be at least 120 days. If we have to resend the request for hundreds of recommendations it's a very time consuming process.
I would add the expiration should be at least 120 days because if parents send recommendations in October and the due date is January there is a lot of time spent back and forth before the parent is informed to resend the request.
