For questions that otherwise might be a 'Form Field' of the 'checklist' type, it is more visually appealing to use a ratings matrix.

However, the forced displaying of the Ratings Matrix title (in bold) makes designing this in such a way that I'm left with Title/question/answer choices, Title/question/answer choices (for as many different banks of answers as I'd like to use) feels forced. I would like the option to not display the title. This could be a 'Block Setting' option for a Ratings Matrix on a Recommendation Form.
