On a regular basis parents make mistakes and submit the incorrect application for their child. Sometimes they select the wrong program or class. We are new to Blackbaud. In our prior EMS we could select the student and transfer their application directly to the correct application form with two clicks. This allowed the student to be considered in the correct program, allowed for correct reporting, correctly recorded their enrollment data, and prevented the error from being memorialized throughout the student's record.
