This summer, our longtime Business Office employee retired. We had included her name/contact information at the start of each of our enrollment contracts since often our families have questions as they proceed through the contract or after it is complete.
It would be helpful to have a School Contact block, which we could add to our contracts that would remain editable even after the contract is published. It could be in the format: "If you have any questions, please contact _(name)_ at _(telephone)_ or at _(email)_ ."
Note: we have updated both the Deposit pages and Confirmation pages with the new employee's contact info but these pages do not show up on the PDF version of the contract so it is not helpful for parents who have already submitted the form. I would hope that the School Contact block could appear anywhere in the contract—I would be fine if it was "locked" in place (i.e. if you added it to the contract, you wouldn't be able to delete the block once the contract was published, but the contact information could change).
