Allowing you to hit enter instead of the search button in search users in core

I guess I am used to hitting the enter key instead of moving the mouse to hit the search key to begin finding the student.

We released a partial fix to this, but unfortunately you still have to press tab after typing before the enter key activates. I'm working on getting this fixed.
