For our ELC, the tuition amounts displayed represent the weekly amount to be paid.

For the deposit, families need to pay for two weeks. IE 200%.

Currently this value is not allowed ("The MERGE statement conflicted with the CHECK constraint "CK_em_deposit_percentage_percentage")
