Allow customizing the field labels when Creating a New Account
Our candidates often apply directly, and the fields for 'Adult Account Holder' and not needed. If we could customize which fields are asked for, or at least relabel them, this would be very helpful.

This would be a great option for us so that we can customize our fields when Creating a New Account. Sometimes we need a phone number in order to contact a family who has only created an account and not filled out an application yet. Please consider either adding phone number to the creating a new account or letting us customize it to what we need.
